Dave,
You goofy bastard I miss you like crazy ! I never thought all those years ago when we both processed into the Guard that anything like this would ever happen. I'll never forget the day we took a Cobra out on my birthday back in 1992 and flew up over Devils Head and did gun-runs on the Forest Ranger tower ! Thanks for that man. You left us all WAY too early.

I pray that God has erased any memory of the chaos from your passing. And pray too that God will comfort your family with his love and the knowledge that you are safe with him and smile down on all us here stumbling thru our silly mortal world.
Love You Man,
RP

I remember Dave every August 6th. I remember him often. He taught me HAATS. I taught him the F model. We flew in Iraq in 06. I miss that guy.

You've been gone for two years today and it hasn't gotten any easier. You were more than just a friend you will always be my brother!I pray for your family each day I know their pain is greater than mine will ever be. I'll see you on the other side when He calls me home someday.

Gone but Never forgotten

We miss you Dave. You were truly like a father to us. Thank you so much for your sacrifice, and always setting a positive example to follow from the lowest enlisted to the pilots you helped mentor. You will never be forgotten.
